PERSONAL INSIGHT
MIND ID marked as my first professional job. Working for a year at MIND ID gave me a broader insight into the vast wealth of Indonesia and how the government continuously strives to maximize Indonesia's natural resource potential. What I admire about MIND ID is how it prioritizes human resources as the main pillar in its business operations to achieve its Noble Purpose for Indonesia's prosperity and brighter future.
MIND ID will always hold a special place in my heart. Being one of the youngest employees did not make me the most pampered, instead, I was entrusted with numerous significant responsibilities despite being at an entry-level position. MIND ID provided me with a real bitter-sweet corporate experience which I will cherish the most.
