Formerly known as Sampingan, Staffinc offers outsourcing and workforce solutions to efficiently recruit and manage workers through a collection of tech-enabled products and services designed to streamline big-scale HR and other business processes.
As a People & Culture Intern, Mofara was responsible for :
Handled Q2 & Q3 performance appraisals and provided a recommendation to improve the company’s performance management system;
Made the prototype of compensation and benefit system called “Pro-Talent System” to reduce cost inefficiency along with CEO Office staff.
Handled 360 performance review and made Performance Management System recommendation to make employees feel more valued and fulfilled in their work.
